Visualise or sense an intense light of pure love engulfing the whole planet. Keep this visualisation in your mind, feel the love of somebody dear to you. Now Feel this love and light pour from your heart centre and engulf the planet. Give intent that this light has raised the consciousness of all Earth inhabitants. Keep this intent and focus for 10 seconds. Know that it is done.
